Nesz, Franklin W.




Franklin W. Nesz, 85 formerly of the Northside, and spending most of his life in Pennsberry Village, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2020.  Dear Son of the late Franklin and Emma (Kassanitsh) Nesz.  Beloved Brother of Darlene (Richard) Gunniers, Henry Lane, and the late Eleanor Brindle.  Uncle of Edward (Deb) Brindle, Wade (Kara) Brindle, Diane Wolf, Karen Hysong, and Michael (Jill) Gunniers.  Great-Uncle of 6 nieces and nephews.  Frank attended Carnegie Tech and taught at the Art Institute for many years.  He was a very creative person, participating in display work  at the former Kaufman’s and Gimbels and also in many art shows.  He served our country in the Army during peacetime.  Frank took his faith very seriously, and was loved by his family & friends.  His siblings sum it up with, "the best brother anyone could have."  Services and interment will be private for the family.  Arrangements entrusted to BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES INC.
