BRIAN MOSTEL June 24, 1977-January 27, 2021 It is with great sadness that the family of Brian (Bri) Mostel announces his passing on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at the age of 43. Brian will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Miriam Krimstock and his son, Samuel Everett, his Parents, Debra Mostel, Cary Mostel (Melony), Mother-in-law, Valerie Krimstock (John Kaspustik), Father-in-law, Steven Krimstock (Sook Kim), Brothers, CJ Mostel and Gregory Mostel (Michelle) and Sister-in-law, Holly Krimstock, Grandparents, Merle and Christine Bennett, Bertha Shearer and Grandmother-in-laws, Edith Krimstock and Genevieve Pedziwiatr, and many aunts and uncles. Brian was preceded in death by grandparents Charles and Elvira Mostel.  Brian was a dedicated father, husband, brother and son. His son Samuel was his light and inspiration. Miriam, Brian's wife of 7 years (together for 13 years) cherished their partnership, shared his humor, grace and the love of the outdoors. Brian displayed a heightened connection to the natural world often sharing his vast knowledge of nature while kayaking and hiking. He enjoyed Bluegrass music, and most recently he, Miri and Sam found a love of snowtubing.  The party or holidays did not come alive until Brian arrived. He loved being with friends and family. A gregarious, lively, funny, larger than life young man.  His family would like to remember Brian kayaking down the river with his wife, son and sweet dogs Niko and Barkley at the bow, in peace. Brian's presence and soul will be missed forevermore by his entire family and friends. Friends and relatives will be received on Monday, February 1, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont. Masks and social distancing required, no more than 25 people in the funeral home at a time. Services and interment will be private for the family.
