Robert “Bobby” DiCesaro, 70, of Verona passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022. He was a graduate of Penn Hills High School in 1969. Bobby was a lifetime furniture salesman at Wickes and Levin Furniture. He was an excellent salesman and worked hard. Bobby loved all sports including the Pittsburgh Steelers, who he was a season ticket holder since the 70s. Bobby grew up playing baseball and played softball well into his adult years. You could often find him spending time with his friends in Oakmont or with his family. He was a dedicated uncle who made time to attend baseball games and hockey games. Preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Gloria DiCesaro. He is survived by his brother, Anthony DiCesaro; Nephew, Anthony DiCesaro; Nephew, James DiCesaro; Niece, Gina Crim; Sister Gina (Fausto) Pizzonia; Nephew, Pasquale (Cassie) Pizzonia; Niece, Julia (Joe) Ciccarelli; Great Nephew and Niece, Joseph and Jade Ciccarelli. Friends and relatives will be received on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 4-8 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, May 25, 2022, 10:30 a.m. Holy Family Parish (St. Joseph, Verona). Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Penn Hills.
