At that time, she met her husband Jules and raised 5 children together along with her niece Sheila (Daly) Tatangelo from the age of eleven. After the youngest began elementary school, she started and finished a Master's degree in Rehab Counseling from Pitt. She went on to become a substance abuse counselor, a job for which she was very dedicated. After Jules passed away, she retired and enjoyed traveling, the theater, music and the arts, and doting on her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
