Keefer (Corpus Christi, TX); niece, Martha (Keefer) Dranzik (Somerset); a grand-niece, Chelsea B. Keefer (Corpus Christi, TX); and a grand-nephew, Benjamin R. Dranzik (Somerset). Lynn was born on March 17, 1940, in Natrona Heights, the only daughter of the late LaVerne R. and Margaret (Barr) Keefer. Lynn grew up in West Leechburg, graduated from Leechburg High School in 1958, and continued her education at the Business School in New Kensington. Lynn worked at the Allegheny Ludlum facility in Leechburg and retired after more than 30 years of service. Lynn and the love of her life, G. Frederick Grove, were married 34 years and made their home in Oakmont, where they were active members of the community and Oakmont Country Club. Lynn was a loving stepmother to Georgia Lee Grove, Marcia May Grove, and Frederick Donald (Robin) Grove and enjoyed a love of golf, reading, and travel with her beloved Fred. They were doting pet owners of Westies, MacDuff and MacGregor. During her lifetime, singing and playing the piano were special joys for Lynn. She and her father performed as a duet for many family and civic events in the Leechburg area over the years. There will be no services due to COVID-19. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org, or charity of donor’s choice in Lynn’s memory.
