Virginia (Hulings) Hill of Oakmont passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her home on Sunday February 19, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Alva and Richard Hulings. Beloved wife of the late Thomas A. Hill. Loving mother of Tamsen Hill Ercole, Victoria Ann Hill, Tara Hill (Glenn) Conroy, and Alexander Hill. Grandmother of Alexandra (Kyle) Stackhouse, Spenser (Caitlin) Ercole, Brodie and Harper Ercole, Bryan Yuhas, Rachel Yuhas (Max Wendkos), Grace Yuhas, Bailey (Evan) Spears, Carter, Aleta, and Chase Conroy. Great-grandmother of Beau, Emersyn, and Everett. Loving sister of June (late Joseph) Luciana and the late Margery Lawrence. Virginia lived her life to the fullest and loved going to the beach with her family. She was a co-founder of The Verland Foundation, an active member of many genealogical societies, past President of the Oakmont Women's Club, a member of the Oakmont Historical Society, and an active member of the Harmarville Cemetery Association- Henderson Cemetery. She proudly graduated summa cum laude at age 60 from the University of Pittsburgh. Friends will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139 on Wednesday February 22, 2023 from 4 - 8 p.m. Private burial will be held at The Verona Cemetery, Oakmont.
