Alma Marie Vernon, age 97 of Verona passed away peacefully Sunday morning February 4, 2024.

Beloved wife of the late George Vernon.  Loving mother of Ronald Vernon, the late George (late Peggy) Vernon, and the late Jeffrey (late Patricia) Vernon.  Loving and devoted grandmother to Patty (Brandon) Vernon, Derek (Ruth) Vosachlo, Harry Vernon, Shayne (Rob) Harrison, George (Michelle) Vernon, Kimberly Heller, Jenna (Marco) Garcia, and Ronald Vernon.  Great-grandmother of 7.

Alma was a member at Riverside Community Church in Oakmont, and she enjoyed watching football.

Friends and relatives will be received on Tuesday February 6, 2024, from 4 - 7 p.m. with. service at 7 p.m. in the funeral home.  Private interment at Greenwood cemetery with her husband George.
