Amelia "Millie" Sgambati, age 97 of Aspinwall passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning April 3, 2024.

Daughter of the late Lucia and Joseph Nardozzi.  Beloved wife of the late Anthony J. "Spike" Sgambati.  Loving mother of Robert Sgambati, John (Mary Ann) Sgambati, and Darlene (Brian) Marx, Sr., Grandmother of John (Marie) Sgambati, Tony (Danielle) Sgambati, and Brian (Kilee) Marx, Jr.  Great-grandmother of Alicia (Brandon), Amber, Blake, Krista, Frank, and Luke.  Sister of the late Danny Nardozzi, Josie Senatore, Mary Seaman, and Helen Santilli.

Millie loved to cook and play the lottery.  She will be remembered as the family Matriarch and the last surviving member of the original Nardozzi family.  She will also be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews.

Friends and relatives will be received on Sunday April 7, 2024, from 2-6:30 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.  A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday April 8, 2024, at 10 a.m. in Christ the King Parish - St. Scholastica Catholic Church, 309 Brilliant Ave. Pgh., PA 15215.  EVERYONE MEET AT THE CHURCH.  Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Penn Hills.
