Andrew G. Ritz, age 93 formerly of the Verona section of Penn Hills, passed away Sunday evening February 18, 2024.  Son of the late Evelyn (Ziegler) and Edward Ritz.  Beloved husband of the late Joan Ritz.  Loving father of Adrienne (Tom) Salerno, James Ritz, and Eric Ritz.  Grandfather to T.J. (Melissa) Salerno, Eleshia (Matt) Eltahch, Roman Ritz, Max Ritz, and Tatiana Ritz.  Great-grandfather of Leila and Arya.

Andrew was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Verona.  He proudly served his country in the Marines during the Korean War.  He enjoyed his work as a landscaper serving many communities and customers throughout the years.

Andrew will be laid to rest at a chapel pavilion service with full Marines honors and honor guard salute at 10 a.m. on Friday February 23, 2024, at The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Rd. Bridgeville, PA 15017.
