Anthony A. Lefcakis "Tony", age 71 of Oakmont passed away Monday morning June 19, 2023 with his family by his side.

He was the son of the late Irene (Clothakis) Lefcakis and Archie Lefcakis.  Beloved husband for 48 years to Lucy (Nichols) Lefcakis.  Loving father of Adrienne (Tim) Carey, Alex (Ann) Lefcakis, and the late Tony Lefcakis, Jr.  Papou to Max, Alivia, Charlotte, Archie, and Athena.  Tony was a member of the Dormition of the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church of Oakmont.

He loved music; playing in a band for almost 45 years, cigars, golf, coffee, and being around his family and friends.

Friends and relatives will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139 on Wednesday June 21 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  A Trisagion service will be held at 7:45 p.m. in the funeral home.  Due to the Church festival this weekend, additional visitation for Tony will be held on Thursday June 22 in the funeral home from 10-11 where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Michael A. Gavrilos officiating.  Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Penn Hills.
