Anthony "Tony" J. Abriola

Anthony "Tony" J. Abriola, 88 of the East End of Pittsburgh, passed peacefully on Wednesday September 23, 2026. He was the son of the late Margaret and Michael Abriola. Former spouse of Joann VanMastrigt. Loving father of Michael (Deborah) Abriola, Mark (Christina) Abriola, Michelle (Shener) Ulke, and Lucas Abriola. Grandfather of Emily, Melissa (R.J.), Jessica (Allison), Megan, and Aleena. Brother of Patricia (late Frank) Catanzaro.

Tony grew up in the Larimer Ave. section of Pittsburgh. He loved golf throughout his life; photography and his local sport teams the Pirates and Steelers. 

He will be missed by his family and friends.

Friends and family will be received on Monday September 28, 2026 from 4-7 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont PA 15139. A blessing service will be held at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Tony will be interred at Good Shepherd Cemetery.
