Billie D. Tucker, age 89 of Verona, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday October 28, 2024.

Son of the late Pansy and Perry Tucker.  Beloved husband of Marlene L. Tucker.  Loving father of Debbie (Mike Schwertz) Shaffer, Mark Tucker, and Kathlene Tucker.  Grandpa of Walt (Melissa), Kimberly (significant other Evan Conner) Jessica (Jim), and Samantha (Keith).  Great grandpa of Curtis, Elizabeth, Angela, Brianna, Bruce, and Rowan.  He also leaves behind his beloved dog, Mattie.

Bill loved car racing, bourbon, and had season tickets for over 25 years to the Indy 500.  He served his country in the National Guard.  Bill worked for 44 years for PPG Industries before his retirement in 1997.

Friends and family will be received on Sunday November 3, 2024 from 1 - 5 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.  Services Monday November 4, 2024 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Entombment to follow at Restland Memorial Park Mausoleum.
