Carol M. Schrock, age 87 of Verona, passed away peacefully on Thursday morning August 29, 2024.

She was the daughter of the late Hazel and Clifford VanTine.  Beloved wife of 28 years to the late Leonard L. Schrock.  Loving mother of Billee Kennedy, Hazel (Danny) Bean, Carol (Eugene) McClelend, Lori Moehring, Lisa (Bernie) Stover, and Louella (Wade) Gauger.  Sister of Carl (late Shirley) VanTine, Ricardo VanTine, and the late Chickie (late Roy) Brown.  Carol is survived by 15 grandchildren, 20+ great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Carol worked for Presbyterian Senior Care Network for over 42 years.  She loved Elvis, and also reading and watching crime shows.  She was a huge Steelers fan.  Spending time with her family was special to her and she was proud of her community and Verona.  She also leaves behind her beloved kitty cat, Moses.
