Charles J. "Chuck" "C.J." Wintermantel,  age 61 of Oakdale and formerly of Oakmont passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday July 18, 2023 at Heritage Valley Sewickley Hospital.

He was the son of the late Sally Ann (Bauer) and Charles Wintermantel.  Former spouse and friend of Patricia Dugan Wintermantel and the surviving Dugan family members.  Loving brother of Cori (Greg) Ponish, Kate (Ed) Katic, and Jami (significant other Joe Wingard) Wintermantel.  Beloved uncle of Ryan and Eric Ponish, Jenna (Tony) Mondora, Bob Zdravecky, Marissa (Lucas) Diethorn, and Christopher (Julia) Orban.

Friends and relatives will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139 on Sunday July 23 from 1-3 and 5-7.   A blessing service will be held at the conclusion of visitation at 7 p.m. in the funeral home with Sister Lynn Miller.  If desired memorials may be made to The American Heart Association.
