Charles E. McNeil, Sr. age 88 of Verona passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 16, 2025, at UPMC St. Margaret's.  Son of the late Emma and William McNeil.

Loving father of Denise McNeil Tarasi, the late Dawna McNeil, and the late Charles McNeil, Jr.  Stepfather of Carl (Tracey) Jeffreys.  Brother of the late William McNeil, Jr. and the late Peggy Southworth.  Grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 8.

Charles enjoyed golfing and bowling.

Services and burial private at Calvary Cemetery in Pittsburgh reuniting with his wife Rose Ann who passed in October of 2024.
