Christine M. (Falco) Szwedko, age 63 of Oakmont, passed away peacefully on Monday August 26, 2024.  She was the daughter of the late Jerry and Nancy Falco.   Loving mother of Michelle (Brett) Pegler and Robert Szwedko, III. Former spouse of Robert Szwedko, Jr. Loving sister of Jerry (Katharine) Falco, Lorri (Jim) Bennett, Karen (Scott) McQuaid, Donna (Brian) Hanlon, and Adam (Kerry) Falco.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Christy adored her children Michelle and Robbie and loved her family dearly.  Christy loved Harley Davidsons, Elvis, and she loved to laugh, always telling and on the receiving end of jokes.  She enjoyed spending time outdoors and camping.  Christine was a free spirit, a social butterfly and could light up a room and was always the first to smile.  She will be missed dearly by all of her family and friends.

Friends and family will be received on Labor Day, Monday September 2, 2024, from 1 - 5 p.m. where a blessing service will be held at 5 p.m. in the funeral home at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. at 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.
