Cipriano Jesus Salazar Garibay, 50, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 5, 2024.

Born in Midland, Texas, to the late Edward Flores Garibay and Elisa Minerva Salazar Garibay, he is survived by his wife Elizabeth, daughter Sophia, brother Ed (Vanessa) Garibay and many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends. An early innovator in the field of web automation, C.J. defied the limits of conventional practice in the fearless pursuit of entrepreneurship. A doting pet lover, now reunited with Killer, Pearl, and Petey, he will be sorely missed by Snickers. A proud Texas Mexican who never forgot where he came from, he leaves a trail of memories stretching from New Mexico to Norway. "There he goes. One of God's own prototypes" - and never to be forgotten.

Friends and relatives will be received on C.J.'s birthday, Friday May 10, 2024, from 10 a.m. until 12 noon prayer services at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. at 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139. Burial to follow at Deer Creek Cemetery.
