Diane E. Miller Gustavson, age 80 of Plum Borough passed away peacefully at home after a battle with breast cancer on Tuesday January 6, 2026. Daughter of the late Leona and George Ford. Former spouse of the late Alvin R. Miller III and the late John R. Gustavson. Loving mother of Alvin R. Miller IV (Caryn) and Elizabeth Mowry (Kenneth). Grandmother of Alex Miller, Ryan Miller, and Cade Mowry. Sister of Joyce Ford.

She was a proud United States Steel Workers Union Member. Diane served as an occupational health nurse at National Roll in Avonmore, PA until her retirement in 2010.

She was the valedictorian of her St. Margaret's School of Nursing class.

Friends and family will be received on Friday January 16, 2026, from 10 am until a service at 11 a.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny. Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139.

Burial will be at Lakewood Memorial Gardens.
