Frances P. Flaminio, 73 of Penn Hills passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022. Daughter of the late Fred and Anna (Kurtz) Simonetti. Beloved wife for 56 years of Anthony "Tony" Flaminio. Loving Mother of Gina (the late Robert) Jones and Toni (Michael) Starr. Grandmother of Meghan (Brian) Ayala, Anthony Jones, Danielle Starr, Nicholas Starr, Natalie Jones, and Luke Starr. Great-Grandmother of Gianna Seachrist, Joshua Ayala, Anthony Robert Jones, Winnie Spurling, and Joseph Starr. Sister of Marie (Walt) Kustra, Elizabeth (the late Gary) Page, Rudy (Dolly) Simonetti, and the late Eleanor Truckley, Nancy Truckley, and Polly Davis. A member of Holy Family Parish (St. Irenaeus), she was employed as a beautician for many years. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and cooking. Her family was everything to her, especially enjoying spending time with her grandchildren.
