On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, Frank H. Russ of Whitehall formerly of West Deer Township & Penn Hills passed away; he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Margaret "Peg" Russ, who passed away on December 19, 2006.

Beloved father of Dana (Mike) Barker, Frank K. (Julie) Russ & Julie (Steven) Mosco.  Brother to the late Ayn Babylon, late Helen Wessel, late Lilian Kimmel, late Dolores "Dee" Russ, late Flo Schnarrenberger & late Jayne Belter.  Beloved Grandfather of Nathan, Brett & Tyler Barker, Alex, Ana & Evelyn Russ, Mackenzie & Steven Mosco. Uncle to several nieces & nephews that he loved dearly & considered cherished friends. Frank worked for U.S. Steel in Homestead where he met his wife of 41 years.

Frank loved the outdoors & gardening; besides his family his greatest joy was spending time outside relaxing on his back deck, swimming, tinkering in the yard, watching the birds and just enjoying nature.

Friends and family will be received on Friday June 20, 2025, from 3-7 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday June 21 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lakes Parish - St Victor's Catholic Church.

Interment to follow at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Frazer Twp.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
