Hannah Marie Moser

Hannah Marie Moser, 39 of Oakmont, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026. She is the beloved daughter of Susie and Robert Moser of Oakmont. Loving sister of Emily (Ally) Burkhardt and the late Garrett Moser. Also survived by Aunt Cindy and Uncle Clint, cousin Sonya (Matt), and their children, Elijah, Cohen, and Bennett.

Also surviving Hannah is her nephew, Cayden, the son of Julia Myers, and also survived by many extended family members on the Moser side of the family.

Hannah was an All-Star athlete, especially in basketball and softball.

She was a fierce protector of everyone close to her. She loved hard, was kind to everyone, and many of the time put herself last.

In Hannah‘s final hours, she was able to give more of herself helping save two lives through organ donation, and help many others in the future.

Hannah will be buried at Plum Creek Cemetery in a private ceremony with her grandparents and next to her brother Garrett.
