Hugh D. "Dudley" Herrington, 85 of Oakmont passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022. Beloved Husband for 63 years of Lucy (Provenza) Herrington, who preceded him in death on March 2, 2022. Loving Father of Leonard (Gina) Herrington, Maureen (Mark Burton) Herrington, and Dianna (Eddie Murphy) Bruno. Grandfather of Brandon and Sean Herrington, Jordan and Justin Bruno. Brother of Margaret (the late Arthur) Anderson, Bea (the late Ralph) Lauro, JoAnn (the late Richard) Haas, and was preceded in death by eight other siblings. A long time member of Holy Family Parish (St. Irenaeus), he had a strong faith and was a devoted husband. He was a graduate of Penn Hills High School and served in the US Army during peacetime. Dudley enjoyed working around the house and was proud of his 1966 Mustang. Friends and relatives are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Parish (St. Irenaeus Catholic Church).
