Irene Rose Easler, age 97 of Penn Hills passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday April 16, 2025.  Daughter of the late Josephine and Ernest Kampe.   Loving mother of Shirley Easler Moffat of Oakmont, William A. Easler, Jr. (Regina) of Plum, Patricia Easler Fiorina (John Harman) of Woodbridge Virginia, and Debora A. Easler (Dan Kaminsky) of Oakmont.  Grandmother of 6, great-grandmother of 3, and great-great-grandmother of one.  Irene is preceded in death by her husband William A. Easler, Sr., her first child Albert, and also a grandchild, Lori.

Irene was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Verona.  She loved going to the casino and was an avid bingo player.  She loved to visit Tionesta, PA where she enjoyed fishing, boating, and being outdoors.  She also enjoyed flowers, gardening, and house plants.

One of her favorite sayings was, "Goodnight John Boy."

Friends and family will be received on Good Friday April 18, 2025, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont, PA 15139.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday April 19, 2025, 9:30 a.m. at Holy Family Parish - St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Verona.
