James S. "Jim" Fitzroy, age 82 of Penn Hills passed away on Sunday January 7, 2024, at U.P.M.C. St. Margaret's Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Son of the late Marie and John Fitzroy.  Beloved husband of Eileen (Lekse) Fitzroy.  Loving father of A.J. (Joyce Chapman) Fitzroy, James M. (Tracy) Fitzroy, and Kellie Ann (Dennis) McCambridge.  Devoted grandfather to Christopher McCambridge, Courtney Apple, and Kala Apple. Great-grandfather of Nathan Stuckey.  Brother of Edward Fitzroy, Lillian Wallen, and Marie "Susie" Waugaman.

Jim was a member of the Plum American Legion and the Eagles of Verona.  He was past president of the Western Pennsylvania Beekeepers Association.  Jim was a proud 57 year member of Local 526 cement masons.  He was a proud Navy Veteran and attended many Navy reunions.

Friends and family will be received from 1 - 8 p.m.  on Wednesday January 10, 2024, at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.  Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday January 11 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 378 Delaware Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.  Everyone please meet at the church.  Interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville with Navy honors.
