Janice P (Wallace) Zastrow, age 62, passed away August 11, 2024 surrounded by family.

She was born July 10, 1962 in Verona, Pennsylvania and she resided in Sarasota, Florida for over 38 years.

Beloved wife of 34 years to Robert Zastrow and daughter of Richard Wallace and Delores (decd.) Wallace and daughter in law of the late Dr. Henry and Eleanore Zastrow. Janice had a loving relationship with family and friends from her hometown of Verona, PA to her residing home of Sarasota, FL.

She was the event planner for all family activities and the "hostess with the most-est". Her special way of making everyone feel loved was through throwing parties and going the extra mile for the guest/s of honor. She had a love of happy-hour's, casinos, scratch-off's, traveling, craft projects, and swimming. The Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins were her favorite sport teams to cheer on.

Janice had a giving heart and cared deeply for animals and service members. She supported all organizations and, in lieu of flowers, a contribution can be made to a charity of your choice.

A private celebration of life in her honor will be at her family home in Verona and separate celebrations will be arranged at her home in Sarasota as well as Milwaukee, WI.
