John (Jackie) Mszyco, age of 60 of Verona, passed away on Friday June 23, 2023 surrounded by his family.

John was born on July 23, 1962 to Michael and Lois (Sipper) Mszyco.  He was predeceased by his loving parents and his beloved oldest brother Michael.  He is survived by his sisters Carol (John) Condron, Joan (Bill Korbel) Hutfles, brothers Mark (Susan) Mszyco, Paul (Kristine) Mszyco,  his twin brother James "Jim" (Significant other Lindie Pennington) Mszyco and sister-in-law Lisa Mszyco.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Jackie had his demons to fight, had ways of driving us nuts and making us love him at the same time.  He was unlike any person you have ever known.  Jackie loved to cook for his family and friends, wedding soup being his specialty.  He was also a gifted woodworker.  Jackie, may you have peace in our Lord's presence.  We love you brother.

Friends and relatives will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139 on Tuesday June 27 from 3-7 p.m.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish- St. Joseph's Catholic Church 825 Second St. Verona, PA 15147 on Wednesday at 10 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Family Hospice 310 Fisk St. Pittsburgh, PA 15201.
