Yvonne Marie (Zidar) Johnson, age 75 of Penn Hills passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday December 29th, 2022. Beloved wife of the late David G. Johnson, Sr. Mother of Cindy (Dennis) Adams, David Johnson Jr., and Jennifer Johnson. Grandmother of Jessica (Brad) Hoover, Dennis (fiancee Christian) Adams, Cody Adams, Adam Whale, Luke Johnson, Landon Johnson, and Seth Bracken. Great-grandmother to Kinsley, Whelan, and Myles. Sister-in-law of Susan (Gary) Meyers. Sister of Marybeth Swift and Bernadette (late John) Murray, and the late Janice (late Michael) Sloane. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Yvonne loved being with her family especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed building puzzles, painting ceramics, reading books, and sitting outside on the front porch. Friends and relatives will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139 on New Years Eve December 31st from 1-5 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Tuesday January 3 at St. Irenaeus Catholic Church Oakmont, Holy Family Parish.
