Judy England, age 83 of Verona passed peacefully at Concordia Fox Chapel on Wednesday November 12, 2025.  She was the daughter of the late Margie (Grady) and Frank Coulter, Sr.  Beloved wife of 61 years to Norm England.  Loving mother of Sandy (Jeffrey) Stonebrook. Grandmother of Matthew (Samantha), Ashley, and Colleen.  Great-grandmother of Paxton, Sylvie, and Bishop.  Sister of Frank Coulter, Jr.  Aunt of Jeffrey (Carilynn) Coulter and Wendy (John) Reese.  Great-aunt to Chloe Coulter and Zoey Reese.

Judy was a longtime member of the Verona Methodist Church.  She enjoyed quilting, traveling with her friends, and sports especially baseball.

Friends and family will be received Sunday November 16, 2025, from 2 - 6 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.

A funeral service will be held Monday in the funeral home, 10 a.m. with Rev. Dale Reese officiating of the Verona Methodist Church.

Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park next to her parents, as Judy's wishes.
