Marilyn R. Cleland, 74 of Verona passed away on Wednesday April 2, 2025, in Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born August 10, 1950, in Pittsburgh PA a daughter of the late Albert and Ruth Shank Fink.  She was the beloved wife of Miles Cleland.
Marilyn was the loving mother to Lisa Fedele, Jodi Lavelle, Billie (Robert) Polachek, Verna Cleland, and Karen Cleland; and her bonus daughter, Cindy (Eddie) McCall. She was a devoted grandmother to Jeffrey, Cassandra, Zachery, Olivia, Joey, Nathan, Dylan, Cody (Krystal), Chyna, James, Destiny, Abigail, Dakota, Hanna, and Kalub, and a cherished great-grandmother to Shayn, Colton, Kalani, Octavia, Nevaeh, and Gianna.
Marilyn found joy in the simple things: the quiet satisfaction of crocheting, the creative process of scrapbooking, and most importantly, the time spent surrounded by her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends and family will be received on Monday, April 7, 2025, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. at 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont PA 15139.A blessing service will be held the following day on Tuesday April 8th at 10 AM in the funeral home.
