Mary E. (Lizzy) Henry, 67, of Murrysville, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on August 14, 2024 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital  in Pittsburgh.

Lizzy was born on July 12, 1957, to the late Robert McCarthy and Lois (Henry) McCarthy.  She is survived by her siblings, Kathy (Jim) Ludwiczak of Murrysville, Mike (Janet) McCarthy of Manteo, NC, Sue Tempest (Curt Stauffer) of Monroeville, a dear friend Jerry Miller of Murrysville and many loving nieces and nephews.  Liz graduated from Penn Hills High School in 1975 and earned her bachelors degree from the University of SW Louisiana.  She was the finance director at Presbyterian SeniorCare for 27 years before retirement.

Liz was a kind, loving, generous, soft spoken woman.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.  Her last act of generosity was the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
