Michelle Seibert Cooper

Michelle Seibert Cooper, age 67 of Oakmont and formerly of Penn Hills ended her long journey with cancer on Sunday morning December 14, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital. She is the daughter of the late Betty and Edward Seibert. Beloved wife of nine years to Gary Cooper. Loving sister of Susan Seibert and Daniel (Wendy) Seibert. Aunt of Rachel (Stewart) Reynolds and great-aunt of Sadie and Violet Reynolds. Michelle had a long career in HR for Tech companies in the Pittsburgh area; in this role she touched the lives of many of her fellow employees. She lived an active life in her garden and participating in sports, and she was recently inducted to the Penn Hills Sports Hall of Fame for swimming. She loved the pets that blessed her life. She and Gary were fortunate enough to travel to many fun places around the globe, even while she was battling cancer. She developed many long-term friendships and will be missed by all. Friends and family will be received on Tuesday December 16, 2025, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC, at 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139. Additional visitation will be held on Wednesday December 17th at 9 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Homewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN).
