Michael A. "Mike" Vernon, age 74 of East Oakmont passed away unexpectedly in an automobile accident on Tuesday January 16, 2024.

Son of the late Margaret and David Vernon.  Beloved husband of Maria Serrao Vernon.  Loving father of Jodi (Rick) Stoner.  Brother of the late Stephan (surviving Debbie) Vernon and the late David Vernon.  Brother-in-law of Butch (Barb) Serrao, Rene (Dale) Schoepke, Ann (Gary) Schoepke, Marc (Susan) Serrao, and Marcia (Ted) Obenauf.  A true uncle to everyone who met him.  Mike loved riding his ATV and tinkering in his garage.

Friends and family will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139 on Sunday January 21, 2024, from 2 - 5 p.m with a funeral service at the conclusion of visitation at 5 p.m.
