After just celebrating her 99th birthday on Monday, Mildred L. Gearinger "Aunt Weesie" age 99 formerly of Wilkinsburg, Oakmont (Oakmont Monroe Towers), and Verona passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 28, 2025.

Daughter of the late Elizabeth and Lemuel Gearinger.  Survived by three living nieces, Bonnie (Jim) Fowkes, Barbara (late Tom) Simpson, and Vivian (Carl) Gordon. Loving great aunt of Matthew (Missy) Fowkes, Leah (Eric) Leathem, Mitchell (Casey) Fowkes, and other great nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Also survived by great-great nieces and nephews.

Weesie was an avid bowler and was in a league for over 15 years.  She was an avid Pirates fan.  She was very joyful, loved to joke around, loved her dogs, and will always be remembered with a smile on her face.  Her favorite holiday was Christmas and wrapping presents was an art to her.

Services will be private.

Final resting place for Weesie will be at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
