Patricia "Patty" (Peterson) Corey, 76, formerly of Youngsville, passed away Saturday January 20, 2024, in Pittsburgh, PA.

She was born on June 20, 1947, to the late Gilbert Peterson and Helen Gebhardt Suppa.  She was married for 55 years to her high school sweetheart, Dennis Corey, who preceded her in death in May of 2022.

Patricia was a legal secretary for many years in Warren.  She loved spending time at her camp on the Allegheny River with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Pamela (Claude) Penland and son Joseph (Leslie) Corey, brothers David (Gert), Tom (Linda), Randy (Becki) and John (Robin) Peterson, and grandchildren Hannah, Thomas, Andrew, and Jack as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marcia Weyel.

A special thank you to her sister-in-law, Maggie Hall, who showed her much love in her final years.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
