Regis E. "Tank" Burgman, 89, of Oakmont, Pennsylvania, formerly of Penn Hills, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, January 10, 2025.  Beloved husband of Barbara ("Sissy") Burgman; loving father to Jeffrey Burgman, Linda Bisceglia, Daniel (Sally) Burgman, Carleen (Gene) Malinowski, Gregory (Gary) Burgman, Barbara (Jerry) Biberstine and Andrew (Cristie) Burgman; brother of Eileen (the late Roy) Cochrane and Elvira (the late Vince) Cannon.  He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a daughter, Lorraine Gaye.

A 1953 graduate of Central Catholic High School, Regis worked for many years for the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh and was a devout member of St. Joseph Church in Verona, PA, which he faithfully served in numerous capacities for many decades.

Family and friends will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME, 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont, PA, on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM.  Mass of Christian burial will be held at Holy Family Parish (St. Joseph Church), 825 Second Street, Verona, PA, on Tuesday, January 14. 2025, at Noon.  Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
