Robert "Bob" W. Purcell, age 72 of Plum Boro, passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon March 23, 2025, after a year's battle with cancer.  He was the son of the late Sally and Raymond Purcell.  Loving husband of 23 years to Barbara Purcell.  Loving father of Jeffrey (fiancé Valentina) Purcell and Timothy (Heather) Purcell.  Grandpap of Caden, Addison, Elizabeth, and Brannen.  Brother of Pat (late Ken) Presutti and the late John Purcell.  Also survived by 3 nephews.  He is also survived by his loving dogs, Nala and Bubba.

Bob was an avid dog walker and a loved volunteer at Animal Protectors.  He enjoyed wood working and working on cars.  He was a handyman and could fix just about anything.  Bob was one of a kind, a very good and loving generous man, and touched many hearts.  He will always hold an irreplaceable part in our hearts. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday March 26, 2025, from 3 - 7 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.  A blessing service will be held at 6:30 p.m.

Interment the following day at Mt. Carmel Cemetery next to his parents and brother.
