Roger Wellsby Dixon, Jr., 79 of Pittsburgh passed away on Monday evening, October 3, 2022. Son of the late Roger Wellsby and Evelyn (Hill) Dixon, Sr. Beloved Husband for 37 years of Karen M. Dixon. Brother of the late Lenore Dixon and is survived by his sister in-law, Kathy (James "Bear") Flaherty, Nieces, Katie and Sarah Flahery, and great-niece, Sophie, Nephew of Lois Dominiak. Roger was employed by the University of Pittsburgh Police where he served as Sergeant, and was instrumental in founding their FOP there. He enjoyed traveling and was a military history buff.
