Rose Ann (Amodeo) McNeil, age 88 of Verona, passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning October 1, 2024.

Daughter of the late Mary and Leo Amodeo.  Beloved wife of Charles E. McNeil.  Loving mother of Carl (Tracey) Jeffreys.  She is survived by 10 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Rose was also preceded in death by her brother Sam (late Kaaren) Amodeo and sister Catherine (surviving Larry) Anderson.  She cherished her special relationship with her brother's children.

Rose will be remembered for her love of cooking meals for extended family and neighbors, her love of family and babysitting her grandchildren, and her funny story telling and silly life predicaments and actions.

Friends and family will be received on Friday October 25, 2024, from 5-7 p.m. and additionally on Saturday October 26 from 10 a.m. until blessing service at 11 a.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.  Private burial at Calvary Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
