Thomas (Tex) K. Ritter, 75 of Verona, passed away on Thursday August 28, 2025, after a 6-month battle with various health issues.  He was the son of the late Patricia and Joseph Ritter.  Loving husband of 42 years to Mary Ann (McCall) Ritter.  Father of Thomas (Christina) Ritter and Joseph Ritter.  Pappy of Jack, Carson, and Aleta.  Brother of the late Lenny and the late Susan.

Tom was a proud graduate of Oakmont High School.  He then also graduated with a master's from both Penn State University and La Roche College.

Tom loved to ride his motorcycles, he went to the original Woodstock in his earlier years, and was a diehard General Hospital fan since the 1970's.  He enjoyed a good cup of coffee and loved to fish at the family's cabin in Canadohta Lake.  Tom was a diehard Pirates and Penn State fan.

Tom adored his wife Mary Ann, children Tom and Joe, and his three grandchildren dearly.  He will be missed by a community who loved him.

Friends and family will be received on Labor Day, Monday September 1, 2025, from 2 - 8 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.
