Thomas "Tommy" W. Tate, age 48 of Oakmont, died accidentally on Saturday October 12, 2024.

He is the son of Mary Ann Tate and the Late Jimmy Tate.  Special partner of Christina Smith.  Loving father of Lisa Tate.  Brother of Vicky (Tim) Otley and Danny Tate. Uncle of Alana, Andrew, and Ian. Tommy will be remembered as a loving father to Lisa and a kind-hearted soul. He will be missed by many.

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday October 16, 2024, from 2 - 7 p.m. with a blessing service at 6:30 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., at 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139.
