A special, beautiful, and dedicated family man who lived well, laughed often, and loved much has gone home after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Anthony "Doo" Vazzana 77 of Penn Hills passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Son of the late Anthony and Ann (Lamonna) Vazzana. Beloved Husband for 55 years of Anita (DeSarno) Vazzana. Loving Father of Dean Anthony (fiance Michele) Vazzana and Dawn Marie Vazzana. Grandfather of Cole Porter Vazzana. Brother of the late Eugene Vazzana. He was employed by the Pittsburgh Public Schools for 25 years as a woodshop/drafting teacher. Anthony embodied the live, laugh, love mentality by enjoying bowling, golfing, playing poker, traveling, trips to the casino, delicious food and spending time with his family and friends during which there where were always countless smiles and big laughs.
