Robert D. Weinberg, 71 of Springdale (formerly of Tarentum) passed away at his home on Saturday, September 3, 2022. Born in Pittsburgh on February 16, 1951, he was the son of the late Alexander K. and Elner (McChesney) Weinberg. Beloved Husband for 17 years of Charlene M. (Miller) Weinberg. Father of Jason R. Weinberg and Heather L. Weinberg. Brother of Gary L. (Liz) Weinberg and the late Charles D. Weinberg. He is also survived by his cat, Carrie Weinberg and many nieces and nephews. Bob was a train hobbyist and enjoyed all sports. Friends and relatives will be received on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont. A blessing service will be held at 4 p.m. at the end of the afternoon visitation. If desired, contributions may be made to the family for their discretion.
