William J. "Bill" Scully, age 87 of Penn Hills passed away on Sunday October 1, 2023.

He was the son of the late Viola (Bender) and William Scully.  Devoted husband of 60 years to Judy (Collette) Scully.  Loving father of Michael (Karen) Scully and Dan (Jacqueline) Scully.  Cherished Pap to Evan, Brynne, McKenna, Bryce, and Sloan Scully.  Brother of Mary Esther (Edward) Dombroski, Barbara (late Rich) Schultz, and the late Mary Jo (late Anthony) Dombrowski.  Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Bill was a member of the Donegal American Legion, spending many summers enjoying time with his family at Mountain Pines Resorts.  He worked for 40+ years for General Mills.  More than anything, he cherished his family, and they will miss him dearly.

Friends and relatives will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave. Oakmont, PA 15139 on Wednesday October 4 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday October 5 at 10 a.m. in Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish - St. Susanna's Church 200 Stotler Rd. Penn Hills, PA 15235.  Interment to follow at Plum Creek Cemetery.  If desired, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
